Costs designated are for each facility within the joint trench. <br />2. The option of applying for an annual blanket permit is only available to Providers Franchised <br />or Licensed by the City. <br />3. Providers have the option of obtaining individual right-of--way cut permits for each excavation <br />activity performed within the right-of-way or of obtaining an annual blanket permit which <br />covers many activities associated with maintenance and minor installations within the right-of- <br />way. The regulations pertaining to the annual blanket permit program are contained within the <br />administrative rules R-7.302-A-2. <br />4. Individual Permit Costs for collector streets and alleys are to be charged the same as local <br />streets. <br />5. Individual Permit Costs for Public Utility Easements (PUE) abutting street right-of--way shall <br />be charged at the same rate as if the placement had been in that right-of--way.
