<br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-02-07 <br />. of the . <br />City Manager pro tem <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />Reorganizing and Affirming City Departmental Organization <br />and Repeal of Administrative Order 21-02-04. <br />The City Manager pro tem of the City of Eugene. finds that: <br />A. Under the provisions of Chapter IV, Section 16 of the Eugene Charter of 1976, the <br />City Manager is designated as the administrative head of the City, specifically authorized to appoint <br />and remove all employees (except as otherwise provided in the Charter), organize, and, as deemed <br />necessary, disband and reorganize various City departments, and to enforce all ordinances of the <br />City. <br />B. Pursuant to that authority, on May 8, 2002, the .City Manager pro tem issued <br />Administrative Order No. 21-02-04 that established and/or ratified the official Departments and <br />Divisions of the City of Eugene. <br />C. Since that time there have been changes in the designation of some of the Divisions, <br />and Administrative Order No. 21-02-04 should be repealed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />THE CITY MANAGER PRO TEM OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND <br />DIRECTS THAT: <br />1.
