ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-00-02-F' of the City Manager of the City of Eugene AMENDMENT AND RENAMING OF THE TREE PRESERVATION AND STREET TREE PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE, AND REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-96-24-F The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: ~Op}~ a~ A. Sections 2.020, 6.330 and 7.280 of the Eugene Code, 1971, authorize the City Manager to establish tree preservation permit and appeal fees and fees for implementation of the City Street Tree Program. B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on February 7, 2000, Administrative Order No. 58-00-02 was issued proposing the amendment and renaming of the Tree Preservation and Street Tree Program Fee Schedule as set forth in Exhibit A thereto, and the repeal of Administrative Order No. 58-96-24-F. C. Notice was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations at City Hall, and published in the Register Guard on February 8, 2000, and made available for inspection by interested persons at the Public Works Department, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, Oregon 97402, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). D. The Notice provided that interested persons could submit written comments thereon for a period of 30 days from the first date of publication and posting. No comments were received within the time or in the manner required by the Notice. that: Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-02, I order 1. Administrative Order No. 58-96-24-F is repealed, as of the effective date of this Order. 2. The Tree Removal and Street Tree Planting Program Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A hereto is hereby adopted and/or ratified as the fees to be charged for the services set forth, as of the effective date of this Order.
