ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-00-02-F' <br />of the <br />City Manager of the City of Eugene <br />AMENDMENT AND RENAMING OF <br />THE TREE PRESERVATION AND STREET TREE <br />PROGRAM FEE SCHEDULE, AND REPEAL OF <br />ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-96-24-F <br />The City Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />~Op}~ <br />a~ <br />A. Sections 2.020, 6.330 and 7.280 of the Eugene Code, 1971, authorize the City <br />Manager to establish tree preservation permit and appeal fees and fees for implementation of the City <br />Street Tree Program. <br />B. In accordance with the procedures set forth therein, on February 7, 2000, <br />Administrative Order No. 58-00-02 was issued proposing the amendment and renaming of the Tree <br />Preservation and Street Tree Program Fee Schedule as set forth in Exhibit A thereto, and the repeal <br />of Administrative Order No. 58-96-24-F. <br />C. Notice was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations at <br />City Hall, and published in the Register Guard on February 8, 2000, and made available for <br />inspection by interested persons at the Public Works Department, 1820 Roosevelt Blvd., Eugene, <br />Oregon 97402, during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, <br />exclusive of holidays). <br />D. The Notice provided that interested persons could submit written comments thereon <br />for a period of 30 days from the first date of publication and posting. No comments were received <br />within the time or in the manner required by the Notice. <br />that: <br />Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-02, I order <br />1. Administrative Order No. 58-96-24-F is repealed, as of the effective date of this <br />Order. <br />2. The Tree Removal and Street Tree Planting Program Fee Schedule attached as <br />Exhibit A hereto is hereby adopted and/or ratified as the fees to be charged for the services set forth, <br />as of the effective date of this Order. <br />Dated and effective this day of March, 2000. <br />James R.
