Open Waterway Fee Schedule <br />`` (Effective July 14, 2000) <br />Application Fee (including pre-application evaluations) $ 75.00 <br />Inspection Fee, for inspections not included in mitigation <br />plan review $ 40.00/hr <br />Appeal Fee $200.00* <br />Mitigation Plan Review: <br />Deposit required at time of application $150.00 <br />Fee is determined on the basis of the actual time <br />costs of city personnel reviewing the plan as <br />those personnel costs are reflected in the <br />Administrative Order establishing fees for <br />Engineering Services for Privately Constructed <br />Public Improvements then in effect. The deposit <br />will be credited against the total fee and the <br />balance due. must be paid upon conclusion of <br />plan review and prior to any decision.
