ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-00-18-F <br />of the <br />AIRPORT MANAGER <br />REVISING THE AIRPORT FEE SCHEDULE BY AMENDING THE NON- <br />SIGNATORY/SCHEDULED/ UNSCHEDULED AIRLINE FEES; LANDING <br />FEES; AND TERMINAL BUILDING RENTAL RATES; RATIFYING THE <br />UNAMENDED FEES, AND REPEALING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. <br />58-99-18-F. <br />The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds as follows: <br />A. Authority is granted to the City Manager of the City of Eugene under Sections 2.440 <br />to 2.442 of the Eugene Code, 1971 to set fees and. charges for the use of the Eugene Airport. The <br />City Manager has further delegated that authority to the Airport Manager under Airport Rule 8.4.2. <br />B. Pursuant to that delegated authority Administrative Order No. 58-99-18-F was issued <br />on October 14, 1999 revising and ratifying the Airport Fee Schedule attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br />On July 13, 2000, I issued Administrative Order No. 58-00-18 proposing the revision of the Airport <br />Fee Schedule by amending the non-signatory/scheduled/unscheduled airline rates, landing fees, and <br />terminal building rental rates set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of that Fee Schedule, as set forth in the <br />Notice of Intended Airport Fee Schedule Revisions attached as Exhibit A thereto. <br />C. The Notice was provided to the Mayor and City Councilors, posted at two locations <br />at the Airport and published in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City <br />on July 21, 2000, and made available for inspection by interested persons at the offices of the Airport <br />Manager, 28855 Lockheed Drive, Eugene, Oregon 97402 during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. <br />to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, exclusive of holidays). <br />D. The Notice provided that written comments would be received thereon for a period <br />of 15 days from the first date of posting and publication. No comments were received within the time <br />or manner required in the Notice. <br />E. Based on the above findings, and the findings in Administrative Order No. 58-00-18, <br />I find that the airline signatory and non-signatory/scheduledlunscheduled rates, landing fees; and <br />termv~al building rental rates set forth in Sections 2, 4, and 5 of the Airport Fee Schedule should be <br />revised as proposed, the other fees set forth therein ratified, and Administrative Order No. 58-99-18F <br />and the Airport Fee Schedule adopted therein repealed, as of the effective date of this order. <br />On the basis of these findings, I order that: <br />Administrative Order - 1 osiosioo <br />r:\adminord\fees\OOapfee2ao.wpd <br />
