Permits for events shall be <br />allowed on a first come, first serve basis. Such events shall also be limited to times and locations <br />where parking offimproved surfaces is not likely to cause damage due to the wetness of the ground. <br />Notice of this Section 3.6 and Section 4 of the Proposed Amendment to Policy and <br />Procedures Regulating. Vehicle Parking Off Improved Surfaces in Parks Administrative Rule shall <br />be given by making copies thereof available to any person who has requested such notice and by <br />publication thereof in the Register Guard, a newspaper of general circulation within the City for at <br />least five days, providing interested persons an opportunity of not less than 15 days to submit data <br />or comments thereon. If no valid comments or objections are received within the time and in the <br />manner prescribed in the notice, the proposed amendments as contained herein will be adopted and <br />become effective immediately thereafter and Administrative Order No. 58-95-09-F will be repealed <br />and the unamended portions of the policies and procedures will be reaffirmed. <br />Dated this 7t'' day of February, 2001. <br />~.--~r-~.,~- <br />nr~ <br />James R.
