ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-O1-20
of the
City. of Eugene Airport Manager
ESTABLISHING A LIMITATION ON THE NUMBER OF.
' AIRPORT TAXICAB OPERATOR PERMITS AND
PROCEDURES FOR ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
The Airport Manager of the City of Eugene finds that: _
A. Section 8.3 of the Airport Rules authorizes the Airport Manager to limit the number
of permits for a ground transportation activity based on he criteria contained in that section.
B. I find that it would be in the .public interest, would prevent further congestion on
Airport access roads and the ground transportation line, while continuing to provide consistent,
reliable, convenient, and relatively inexpensive transportation service for Airport patrons, to establish
ten as the number of Airport Taxicab Operator Permits that may be issued and.. effective at any one
time.
Now, therefore, the Airport Manager of the City of Eugene Orders that
1. Limitation on Permits. Based on the above findings, the maximum number of
Airport Taxicab Operator Permits that maybe issued and in effect at .any one time is ten.
2. Apulication Period..
