Unit of Development (Unit): For purposes of the Transportation SDC and the Metropolitan <br />Wastewater Management Commission SDC, the unit of development is that measurement of the <br />size of a development upon which the charge is based. For the Metropolitan Wastewater <br />Management Commission SDC, the Unit is called an FEU. The Unit is typically 1,000 square feet <br />of building area for most commercial users, and dwelling units for residential development. Other <br />measures are used, as appropriate for each type of development. The units for each development <br />type are shown for the Transportation SDC in Attachment 1, Transportation Trip Rates, on page <br />B-11 and for the regional Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission (MWMC) SDC in <br />Attachment 2, Regional (MWMC) wastewater SDC Rates, on page C-11. <br />__ <br />City of Eugene SDC Methodology Definitions, Page A-4 <br />
