On the basis of these fmdings, I order that: ;> - <br />1 <br />1. The MWMC Septage User Fees set forth in Exhibit A hereto are hereby established <br />j as the fees to be charged for the services set forth, and the remaining rate schedules set forth in <br />Exhibit A are hereby ratified and aff rmed as the rates to be charged for the services set forth, to be <br />effective on all bills issued on or after July 1, 1998. <br />'~ 2. Administrative Order No. 58-96-10-F, and the user fees adopted therein are hereby <br />repealed, as of the effective date of this Order. <br />3.
