EXHIBIT A (page 3 of 6)
2.3 Change of Use
When a change of use of an existing development results in an increased impact
on the regional wastewater facilities (as demonstrated by calculating the SDC for
both uses), the SDC will be charged on the increased impact. This is determined
by calculating what the development's charge would be for the current use, and for
the proposed use. if the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the
difference is collected.
2.4 MWMC SDC Credit
A credit for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for
the construction of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC
SDC. The credit shall accnae from the year of annexation to the City, and be
based upon the assessed value of the real property a# the time of application for
connection to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4.
2.5 MWMC Administrative Charge
A further adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of
administrative costs.
