EXNIBIT A (page 3 of 6) 2.3 Change of Use When a change of use of an existing development results in an increased impact _..' on the regional wastewater facilities (as demonstrated by calculating the SDC for both uses), the SDC will be charged on the increased impact. This is determined by calculating what the development's charge would be for the current use, and for the proposed use. If the proposed use would result in a higher charge, the difference is collected. 2.4 MWMC SDC Credit A credit for property taxes on real property paid to retire bonded debt incurred for the construction of regional wastewater facilities shall be deducted from the MWMC SDC. The credit shall accrue from the year of annexation to the City, and be based upon the assessed value of the reaF property at the time of application for connection to the system. The current credit is shown in Attachment 4. 2.5 MWMC Administrative .Charge A further adjustment to the regional wastewater SDC is the addition of administrative costs. MWMC will incur staff costs for the updating and processing of the charge. These costs are applied on a per connection basis. The Regional Wastewater Administrative Charge per permit is applied to the total SDC fees after all other charges and credits have been applied.
