ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-98-O1 ~ of the C` .. Wastewater Division Director Public Works Department City of Eugene, Oregon Delegating Enforcement Duties under Industrial Pretreatment Program Administrative Rule 6.463. - The Wastewater Division Director of the Public Works Department of the City of Eugene finds that: A. In addition to the duties and responsibilities delegated to the Director of the Public Works Department by Administrative Order No. 53-96-09, Industrial Pretreatment Program Administrative Rule 6.463 adopted by the City Manager by Administrative Order .No. 53-96-09 on July 2, 1996 and the amendment to Appendix A thereto adopted on October 29, 1997 by Administrative Order No. 58-97-19-F authorize or require enforcement actions to be performed by me as Director of the Wastewater Division of the City's Public Works Department. B. Without limiting the authority of the Public Works Director or myself to perform any of the enforcement actions contained herein, it would be more efficient and in the public interest to delegate additional authority to other employees within the Public Works Department, as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE WASTEWATER DIVISION OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF EUGENE ORDERS AND DIRECTS THAT: 1. The above findings are adopted. 2. Without limiting the authority of the Public Works Director or myself to perform the following enforcement. actions, the enforcement authority delegated to me as Director of the Wastewater Division of the Public Works Department in Industrial Pretreatment Program Administrative Rule b.463 and Appendix A thereto is hereby delegated as follows: Telephone Call WWD Technician III (Industrial Source Control), or WWD Technician IV (industrial Source Control), or Industrial Source Control Supervisor Notice of Noncompliance WWD Technician IV (Industrial Source Control), or Industrial Source Control Supervisor Administrative Order - 1 oii2oi9s
