The amendments are necessary to more accurately recapture the costs of staff time involved in <br />responding to public records requests and to add charges for DVD's, faxes and a-mail. In determining the <br />above fees, the following factors have been considered: applicable policies, enactments and directives of the <br />City Council, the amount charged for these services by the City in the past, the full costs of providing the <br />services supported by the fees, the amounts charged by other comparable providers, and the revenue needs of <br />the City as determined by the adopted City budget. <br />Persons desiring to comment hereon shall submit written comments to the City Manager, 777 Pearl <br />Street, Eugene, Oregon, 97401, within 15 days from the date of posting as indicated below.
