(1'n .Engaging in any of the above activities, or other activities such as, but not <br />limited to, demonstrations, vending, or still photo sessions in a manner that blocks a park or open <br />space entrance or pathway, or interferes with the intended use of that portion of the park or open <br />space. <br />(18) Entering in or upon a park facility, open space, or park area during the <br />period of time the facility or area is rented or reserved for use by others, and failing to leave the <br />facility or area when requested to do so by the person renting or reserving the park facility, open <br />space, or park area. <br />(19) Entering in or_upon a park facility, open space, or park. area, or a portion <br />of such an area, that is posted, delineated, fenced, or bamcaded to close it to public use. <br />1.015 HUNTING AND FIREARMS. <br />(1) In a park or open space area, no person may: <br />(a) Hunt, pursue, trap, kill, injure, molest, or disturb any wildlife. <br />(b) Discharge a firearm, pellet gun, bow and arrow, slingshot, or other <br />weapon capable of injuring a person or wildlife. <br />(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1) of this section, persons may hunt <br />migratory water fowl in a park or open space located outside of the City limits that is being <br />leased by a private party for agricultural purposes, if permission to hunt the migratory water fowl <br />has been granted by the lease holder. <br />(3) City staff or staff from other wildlife management agencies are exempt <br />from subsection (1) of this section when performing authorized duties of their position. <br />1.020 UNCLAIMED ARTICLES. <br />No person shall leave personal property unattended.
