1.007 POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF HARD LIQUOR AND <br />ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR. <br />(1) Definitions. For purposes of this Rule, alcoholic liquor and hard liquor <br />mean: <br />(a) Alcoholic liquor. An alcoholic beverage containing more than <br />one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume, including but not limited to beer, <br />ale, porter, stout, and wine. <br />(b) Hard liquor.
