ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 58-OS-10-F <br />of the <br />Public Works Department <br />City of Eugene, Oregon <br />AMENDMENT OF THE CITY'S PARK AND OPEN SPACE RULES, AND <br />REPEAL OF ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N0.58-03-24-F. <br />The Executive Director of the Public Works Department of the City of Eugene finds <br />that: <br />A. Pursuant to the authority re-delegated to the Executive Director of the Public <br />Works Department by Administrative Order No. 21-03-12 of the City Manager, on December <br />11, 2003, Administrative Order No. 58-03-24-F was issued adopting amended Park and Open <br />Space Rules. <br />B. On October 28, .2005, I issued Administrative Order No. 58-OS-10 proposing that <br />the City's Park and Open Space Rules be amended as set forth in Finding B of that Order. <br />G Notice of the proposed amendments was published in the Register Guard on <br />November 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2005. The Notice was also made available for inspection by <br />interested persons and provided that written comments would be received for a period of 15 days <br />from the first date of publication. No comments were received within the time and manner <br />required by the Notice. <br />D. Based upon the above findings, the. findings in Administrative Order No. 58-05- <br />10, and pursuant to the authority of Section 2.019 of the Eugene Code, 1971, and Administrative <br />Order No. 21-03-12, Administrative Order No. 58-03-24-F is repealed as of the effective date of <br />this Order, however, the unamended provisions of that Order remain in full force and effect and <br />are incorporated into the amended Park and Open Space Rules set out in this Order. Therefore, <br />the Park and Open Space Rules in their entirety are as follows: <br />PARK AND OPEN SPACE RULES <br />1.000 PARK AND OPEN SPACE AREAS COVERED. <br />The following rules shall apply to all park .property and facilities tiZereon <br />belonging to the City of Eugene, including park property and facilities outside the corporate <br />limits of the City and County parks within the corporate limits of the city, except park property <br />and facilities for which other specific rules or regulations have been adopted. The following <br />rules also apply to all "open space" areas.
