This memorandum describes services rendered for the Eugene Parks and Open Space Natural <br />Resource TA Contract (#2009-05412) far the first quarter of Calendar Year 20D9 (3anuary 1, 2D09 to <br />March 31, 2009). The total contract amount is for $4,150 with an end date of December 31, 2009. This <br />is the first quarterly billing narrative for this contract, <br />First Quarter CY 2009 Services Provided <br />Resource Development (grant writing) <br />• Assistance with NOAA grant for Delta Ponds (maps, photos, work program, job creation calculation) <br />• EPA Wetland Program Development Grant (coordination and grant writing) <br />General Parks and Open Space Technical Assistance <br />• Cleaned up data for the WEW Ownership layer and produced update ownership map (Bill Clingman) <br />WEW Annual Report <br />+ Completed 200$ WEW Annual Report narrative <br />• Created a new location map for inclusion in the 2008 Annual Report <br />• Produced Annual Report ownership map and re-calculated land in public ownership <br />Recovery Plan Charrette Planning <br />• Provided assistance to Emily Steele to plan two upcoming charrettes <br />Spencer Butte Management Plan <br />^ Developed base maps (two scales: summit and entire park) <br />^ Started habitat types map (based on SRHS mapping and aerial interpretation) <br />^ Conducted trail design research <br />^ Wrote draft existing conditions, issues, and opportunities sections <br />^ Toak and collected photographs <br />^ Coordinated with City and TNC staff <br />Mariposa Management Plan <br />^ Made final edits to Mariposa Management Plan <br />859 WILLAIVIETTE STREET, SUITE 500, EUGEI~IE, OREGON 974oI-~9za <br />www.lcag.org 541.68a.4z83 <br />
