Pending final programming of ODOT funds, the city and property owner <br /> funding (approved by the City Council in 1998) is shown in this CIP in FY 2000. <br /> • A pedestrian-bike bridge over I-5 located halfway between Beltline and Harlow Road: <br /> This project is included in the Willakenzie Area Plan and TransPlan and has been <br /> discussed as part of the planning process for a potential ODOT redesign of the Beltline <br /> and I-5 interchange.
