Source: Federal Aviation Administration grants. <br /> This fund was created in Fiscal Year 1996. As part of the development permitting process, Projects include capital i ovements to the Eugene Airport terminal, <br /> runways, taxiways, and <br /> the Army Corps of Engineers or the Division of State Lands may require developers to replace <br /> wetlands that cannot be protected or otherwise mitigated on-site. The City constructs and other airport-related facilities. Eligible projects are determined by Neighborhood Needs Requests, current CIP Lane County Road Funds (Lane County) <br /> projects, a recent local Housing and Community Needs Survey, and public testimony at <br /> hearings for plan adoption. <br /> Source: Funds from Lane County directed to aspecific projects. <br /> The Draft CIP Fiscal Years 2000-2005 does not show any Community Development Block <br /> Grant (CDBG) funding. In the past, CDBG-funded projects have been in the Building and Park Projects using these funds are either programmed in the Lane County CIP or <br />are provided to <br /> Facilities program, and typically included accessibility improvements to City facilities and park the City through intergovernmental agreements for specific road projects. <br /> These funds are in <br /> addition to the EugenelLane County Road Partnership Agreement, which are shown in the CIP <br /> improvements in low-income neighborhoods. In 1995. afive=year Consolidated Plan was as Eugene Road Fund resources. <br /> prepared for several local HUD-funded programs and was approved by the City Council. As <br /> part of that plan, every year a One-Year Action Plan for the use of CDBG funds is approved <br /> by the City Council. The current allocation for use of CDBG funds in Fiscal Year 1998-1999 <br /> was approved by the City Council in April 1998. Planning is underway for Fiscal Year 1999- State Of Oregon (ODOT) <br /> 2000 and will be presented for City Council approval in April 1999.
