West Boundary Road is a 16 mile long road <br /> along the north shore of Lookout Point Reservoir. It is currently paved for the first 1.6 miles. The easterly portion of <br /> Wilkes Drive narrows considerably to 22' with an average daily traffic (ADT) of 800, while ADT's of 3000- <br /> 4000 exist on the western portion. The high use of this road warrants a full urban standards project with <br /> consistent bike lanes and sidewalks along its length.
