<br /> i <br /> NOTES <br /> 1) Right-of-way costs are approximate based on anticipated right-of-way impacts that are not defined in the early stages of project <br /> development. These costs are subject to change as design concepts are refined. <br /> <br /> I <br /> 2) Total right-of way and general construction costs are shown for the Brice Creek Road Spot Improvement project. The Federal Government <br /> through Federal Forest Highway Program monies will actually pay construction costs. Right-of-way acquisition costs will be paid from the <br /> County Road Fund. <br /> 3) Delta Road project funded by Federal HBRR Program (80%), ODOT (10%) and local residents (1.0%). <br /> 4) Lowell Covered Bridge project will be funded by Forest Highway Enhancement Program ($860,000) and from TEA-21 Enhancement <br /> Program ($700,000). <br /> 5) The current County/City Road Partnership agreements will be extended through FY 2000-2001. Allocations shown beyond this point <br /> assume continuation of the program. However, continuation of the program or the level of future payments will at the discretion of the <br /> Board. <br /> 6) The total project cost of the sound wall itself is approximately $1,200,000. Fund participation breakdown: ODOT (50%), County (25%), City <br /> (12.5%), LID (12.5%). ODOT will absorb the additional $800,000 cost for foundations and retaining walls. <br /> 8 <br /> <br />
