The Federal Government <br /> through Federal Forest Highway Program monies will actually pay construction costs. Right-of-way acquisition costs will be paid from the <br /> County Road Fund. <br /> 3) Delta Road project funded by Federal HBRR Program (80%), ODOT (10%) and local residents (1.0%). <br /> 4) Lowell Covered Bridge project will be funded by Forest Highway Enhancement Program ($860,000) and from TEA-21 Enhancement <br /> Program ($700,000). <br /> 5) The current County/City Road Partnership agreements will be extended through FY 2000-2001.
