LANE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM <br /> NOTES <br /> 1) Right-of--way costs are approximate based on anticipated right-of-way impacts that are not defined in the early stages of <br /> project development. These costs are subject to change as design concepts are refined. <br /> 2) Milliron Road East improvement associated with prison site. Costs to be 100% reimbursed by Oregon Department of <br /> Corrections subject to Legislative appropriation of money in 2003. <br /> 3) Pioneer Parkway Extension is a cooperative project with the City of Springfield. Amount shown in CIP comes from 02-06 <br /> CIP allocation and CaPP program award. Total project costs for the Pioneer Parkway Extension is $9,300,000 including <br /> a total right-of-way cost of $2,880,000. Staff recommends moving from FY 04-05 to FY 03-04. <br /> <br /> 4) The River Road at Hwy 99 project is 100% funded by ODOT Immediate Opportunity Funds (IOF) and by Country Coach <br /> Corporation. <br /> 5) Delta Road Bridge project funded by Federal HBRR Program (80%), ODOT (10%) and local residents (10%). <br /> <br /> 6) Lowell Covered Bridge project will be funded by Forest Highway Enhancement Program ($860,000) and from TEA-21 <br /> Enhancement Program ($700,000). <br /> 7) The current County/City Road Partnership agreements will be extended through FY 2002-2003. Allocations shown <br /> beyond this point assume continuation of the program. However, continuation of the program or the level of future <br /> payments will be approved annually at the discretion of the Board. <br /> <br /> 8) 42"d Street signal project subject to scoping and approval by ODOT. <br /> 21 <br /> <br />
