i
.
LANE COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
NOTES
1) Right-of-way costs are approximate based on anticipated right-of-way impacts that are not defined in the early stages of
project development. These costs are subject to change as design concepts are refined.
2) Total right-of way and general construction costs are shown for the Brice Creek Road Spot Improvement project. The
Federal Government through Federal Forest Highway Program monies will actually pay construction costs. Right-of-way
acquisition costs will be paid from the County Road Fund.
3) Delta Road project funded by Federal HBRR Program (80%), ODOT (10%) and local residents (10%).
4) Lowell Covered Bridge project will be funded by Forest Highway Enhancement Program ($860,000) and from TEA-21
Enhancement Program ($700,000).
5) The current County/City Road Partnership agreements will terminate at the end of FY 2000-2001. Allocations shown
beyond this point assume continuation of the program. However, continuation of the program or the level of future
payments will be at the discretion of the Board.
6) Rest Area project in cooperation with City of Westfir and Willamette National Forest.
20
