Funded and Unfunded Projects <br /> . [n cases where there is a discrepancy between needs and available resources, projects are <br /> separated into two distinct programs: the Six-Year Funded Program (as described above) and <br /> an Unfunded Program. <br /> Improvements which are needed during the six-year program period, but for which all or most <br /> of the funding is uncertain, are considered unfunded projects.
