Total project budget is $1,000,000. Of <br /> this, $250,000 in budgeted General Fund Capital Project reserves will fund <br /> renovation of the existing facility. The balance (unfunded portion) of the project <br /> - estimate will support expansion of the facility. <br /> Plan/Policy Document: Facility Condition Report <br /> Total Project Cost: $750,000 <br /> Santa Clara Fire Station Construct a new Fire Station to provide coverage in the Santa Clara area.
