Purpose is to provide info to the public on upcoming projects and impacts to traffic, trees, <br />also role of public input, any possibilities for future input. <br />To summarize, and fyi Eric: <br />1) Glen is going to do a quick list of the projects we think we need to cover in the info/displays and send it <br />out to Les L. and Jerry Jacobsen asap to affirm that we've got the ones we need. <br />21 Glen is going to draft a written table of information about the projects--description, impacts, etc.-- to be <br />used as internal background mostly for Vicki E's info. <br />3) Phil is going to check on how many panels we have. <br />4) Someone is going to check on space availability at the library and PIC (was this Phil or Glen?) Marsha <br />Miller said to call her if we need any help. <br />5) Glen is going to check on whether any material from GMS displays may be reusuable for this purpose. <br />We're going to check back on Thursday and see where we area Where to gather?
