BICYCLE PROJECTS continued <br />Action Requested Neighborhood Status <br />Connect Laurel Hill Park bike path to Augusta Laurel .Hill Valley Citizens This is a small project that will be evaluated as a <br />Street. Association potential operational improvement. <br />Request creation of safe bike lanes on E. & W. Southeast Neighbors Planning in process. Implementation could <br />Amazons. occur during 1997. <br />TRAFFIC SIGNAL INSTALLATION <br />Install new or upgraded signals to improve responsiveness and air quality, reduce delay, and facilitate multi-modal traffic flow <br />based on a priority rating system that considers traffic volumes, delays, accidents, standard signal warrants and other traffic and <br />development-dependent factors. <br />Action. Requested Neighborhood Status <br />Signalize )essen Street & Highway 99. Active Bethel Citizens Will be evaluated for potential funding under the <br /> Traffic Signal Installation program. <br />Request pedestrian-controlled signal on E. & W.
