Table 2 <br />Neighborhood Needs Summary* <br />1995 & 1996 <br />NEIGHBORHOOD TRAFFIC CALMING PROGRAM <br />Install traffic calming features on neighborhood streets based on a priority system that considers traffic volumes, speeds and <br />accident data, school locations, pedestrian and bicycle facilities. Include with other similar requests from throughout the City for <br />the purpose of scoring and ranking (Neighborhood Transportation Program request list). Order of treatment is determined by <br />ranking. <br />Note: Based on anticipated reductions in Road Fund revenues, the Draft CIP Fiscal Years 1998-2003 indicates no funding for <br />the'Neighborhood Traffic Calming Program. <br />Action Requested Neighborhood Status <br />Divert traffic at Friendly &Lorane Highway.
