REGIONAL WASTEWATER PROGRAM <br />BUDGET <br />and <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br />FY 04-05 <br />The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission adopted its Operating Budget and <br />Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for FY 04-05 on May 6, 2004. The Budget and CIP were <br />ratified by the Springfield City Council on June 21, 2004, the Lane County Board of <br />Commissioners on June 23, 2004, and the Eugene City Council on June 28, 2004.
