The issues, vision, goals and <br /> strategies form the framework within which <br /> the more detailed Management Plans and <br /> Implementation Plan are created. These <br /> sections are discussed in Chapter 6: <br /> j Skinner Butte Park Master Plan. <br /> Issues <br /> I One of the key objectives of the first <br /> workshop was to explore issues facing <br /> Skinner Butte Park. The following list ' ' <br /> highlights the most commonly mentioned <br /> and critical of these issues. The list has <br /> been updated and revised as research and ~-j <br /> broader public input helped direct the <br /> process.
