PART II <br />DELINEATED AREA <br />The Delineated Area was the area generally considered to be within the <br />central business areas of the two cities (Eugene/Springfield). The <br />specific boundaries of the delineated area was as follows: <br />"Starting at a northern point where I-5 crosses the McKenzie River, <br />South along I-5 to the intersection with I-105, West along I-105 and <br />turning South across the Willamette River where I-105 merges into, <br />Jefferson Street, South along Jefferson to the intersection with llt" <br />Street, East along llt" Street to the intersection with Pacific Highway <br />99/Franklin Blvd., East along Pacific Highway 99/Franklin Blvd. to the <br />intersection of South `A' Street'; East. along South `A' Street to the. <br />intersection of 5t" Street; North along 5t" Street to the McKenzie River; <br />Northwest along the McKenzie River back to the intersection with I-5." <br />
