The <br />proposed project is not expected to <br />result in noise levels that would <br />affect nearby residents. <br />Construction may generate dust <br />during land clearing activities and <br />demolition of existing structures on <br />the site. Airborne dust would be <br />minimized through implementation <br />of best management practices <br />during construction.
