After <br />reviewing the air quality portion of the document, LRAPA tins the following comments: <br />3.1 I. page 115 - Using dem from the National Weather Service site at Uro Eugene <br />Airport the climem discussion should be cormcted as follows: <br />a. annual average temperamro ~ SZ.4° F <br />b. average daily rttax temperature = 63.1'P <br />c. average daily min temperature = 41.T'F <br />d. the prevailing winds are NOT from the northwest • in general -from <br />late Fall through early Spring (October through March) the highest <br />frequency is from a southerly direction while tram late Spring through <br />wrly Fall (April through Septe~ttbrx) the highu~st frequency is from e <br />northerly direction. <br />3.2 2. page 1 I5 -Using data from Ure NWS site at the F,ugene Airport, this errs <br />avcrnges 1G days a year with maximum fempcraturrs above 9(T°F.
