Transportation Funding Not Identified <br />Upgrades to City Standards <br />Berntzen Rd.-Royal Ave. to Elmira Rd. <br />Project Description: Upgrade to urban standards for a residential street. Improvements include street <br />lights, street trees, and planting strips and sidewalk on both sides of the street.
