public Buildings and Facilities Funding Secured <br />preservation and Maintenance <br />Primary Building Systems <br />Project Description: Preserve and. maintain the exterior systems of City buildings, such as foundations, <br />sub/superstructures, floors, exterior enclosures and roofs. The scale of these systems can involve major <br />rehabilitation of facilities. A historic preservation and maintenance program was initiated in 2000 to <br />address the City's growing inventory of historic buildings. <br />Project Status: In Progress In 2006-11 CIP.
