Public B'uifdiings and Facilities Funding Secured <br />Preservation and Maintenance <br />Building Service Systems <br />Project Description: Preserve and maintain building service systems, including elevators, mechanical <br />systems (plumbing, heating, cooling) needed to maintain reasonable service levels. Program includes <br />electrical systems necessary for lighting, equipment and computers. This program area is receiving <br />increasing emphasis as it becomes more cost effective to replace systems rather than continue repairs <br />due to the aging of mechanical systems in City buildings. <br />Project Status: In Progress In 2006-11 CIP.
