Parks & Open Space Funding Identified <br />New Capital Facilities <br />Synthetic Surface Sportsfields <br />Project Description: Develop synthetic surface sportsfields and related infrastructure in partnership with <br />4J and Bethel School Districts. Provide for replacement of existing synthetic surfaces. This project <br />includes capital funding from the Parks, Atheletic Fields and Open Space Bond measure approved by the <br />voters in November 2006, and also addresses associated synthetic sports fields operating, preservation <br />and maintenance costs. <br />Project Status: Not Started New in FY08-13 CIP.
