Plan Development <br />The findings from the Community Needs Assessment formed the basis <br />of a community vision and the development of a series of strategies <br />for parks, open space, recreation facilities, programs, and services. <br />When these strategies are implemented, they will help achieve <br />Eugene's vision for the future.
