Each of these elements is an integral piece of the overall <br />transportation system and network. One of the greatest challenges to the effectiveness <br />and functionality of these elements are gaps that reduce connectivity within the i. <br />system. Our local Transportation System Plan (TSP) called TransPlan identifies bicycle <br />and shared-use facilities that would increase connectivity throughout Eugene.
