liVhat is Eugene LRCS? <br />The City of Eugene's Library, Recreation and Cultural <br />Services Department offers citizens of all ages a broad <br />range of educational, recreational, fitness and cultural <br />opportunities that support lifelong learning, and provide <br />thousands of year-round activities and services.
