The Maintenance Division recently <br /> f = s <br /> completed some temporary excavation to relieve some flooding problems. Gray Creek is ~ - - • ~ ' <br /> expected to become a major drainage canal as further development occurs in this basin. ~ = sr, <br /> <br /> This project is very complex because of existing and needed easements, wetlands, and ~ ' ~ <br /> ermits from other urisdictions. The ro ect will be desi ned in coo eration with Lane ` • ~ "``~`r " = ° • <br /> s <br /> County, inconsideration of any portions outside of Springfleid City Limits <br /> w'~:... <br /> Relatiori to Plans: <br /> Relates to the City's storm conveyance system and future developments, and will conform <br /> <br /> to the Stormwater Facilities Master Plan. <br /> Maintenance Impacts: <br /> Gray Creek is recent addition to the City's storm water conveyance system. Until recently the City has not expended funds for this creek. <br /> Typically this funding is to provide new infrastructure to support growth; new infrastructure requires maintenance.
