Provide <br />match funding. <br />Justification: <br />TransPlan was adopted with a set of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) policies and projects. These projects help to manage and reduce vehicle <br />trips as required by the state Transportation Planning Rule (TPR) and implement the Alternative Pertormance Measures required by the state. <br />Relation to Plans: <br />TDM Goal, policies and projects in TransPlan. <br />Maintenance Impacts: <br />Reduces maintenance costs by reducing vehicle miles traveled. <br />Page IV - 3 <br />
