Portions of this line lie under buildings and across <br />properties in areas without easements. Excavated material may <br />be hazardous waste with special disposal requirements. <br />Justification: This is a remnant system across private property with reverse <br />slopes and potential maintenance problems and costs. <br />Relation to Plans: '' <br />Maintenance Impacts: This section of line is a huge maintenance concern waiting to <br />happen.
