Certain structural and/or lease space modifications are also anticipated due to tenant vacancies. This project also includes new <br />roof covering for the southeast portion of the facility and waterline replacement in the east-west alleyway. <br />Maintenance Impacts: <br />This project completes some of the needed maintenance for the BK facility. <br />Aagelll-77 <br />
