However, we have an aging, sewer system infrastructure and the overall condition of <br />the system is not expected to improve significantly with this level of funding. Therefore, these programs help keep maintenance needs for the existing system <br />static, while expansion of the system causes an added maintenance impact.. <br />Page Ill- 7 <br />
