The following sections describe the roles and responsibilities of each of <br />the partner agencies, and how intergovernmental coordination occurs on behalf of the <br />Commission. <br />~ City of Eu -gene <br />L; <br />The .City of Eugene supports the RWP through representation on MWMC, provision: of operation <br />and maintenance services, and active participation on interagency projectteams and committees. <br />Three of the seven 1VIWMC members represent Eugene--two citizens and one City Councilor. <br />' Pursuant to the IGA; the Eugene Wastewater Division operates and maintains the Regional <br />~ Water.Pollution: Control Facility (WPCF), the Biosolids Management Facility (BMF) and <br />associated residuals and reclaimed water activities,. along with regional wastewater pumping <br />stations and transmission sewers. In support of the RWP, the Division also provides technical <br />~ 'services for wastewater treatment; management of equipment replacement and infrastructure <br />(', rehabilitation; biosolids treatment and recycling; industrial souse control (in conjunction with <br />~!
