REGIONAL WASTEWATER PROGRAM <br />BUDGET <br />~, <br />~~ and <br />CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM <br />,. , <br />FY 05-06 <br />The Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission adopted its Operating Budget and <br />Capital Improvements Program (CIP) for FY OS-06 on April 21, 2005. The Budget and CIP were <br />ratified by the Springfield City Council on June 20, 2005, the Lane County Board of <br />Commissioners on, May 11, 2005, and the Eugene City Council, May 9, 2005.
