The incentive <br />is'that the Employer at Injury Program will <br />reimburse employers for one-half of the wages <br />paid to the employees working qualifying <br />modified jobs for a period of up to 66 working <br />days. The program will also assist with worksite <br />modifications and in purchasing equipment that <br />FYO3 FYOa FYOS FYOS FYO7 enables employees to continue their jobs. <br />Although the Workers' Compensation Program <br />processes the reimbursement requests the funds are returned to the City department employing the injured: <br />.worker. These funds do not reduce the City's workers' compensation experience since they are paid back to <br />the department as a partial reimbursement of the modified duty wages paid to the employee. <br />12 <br />
