Economic Opportunity in Eugene <br />Respondents were asked if they believe their economic opportunity in Eugene during the past <br />five years has gotten better, worse, or stayed the same. Sixty percent feel that their economic <br />opportunity in Eugene during the past five years has gotten better or stayed the same, compared <br />with 50% in 2003, and 56% in 2002.
