The following tables show changes over time in residents' evaluations of the importance of the issues discussed above, the City's performance on them, and the difference between those two ratings. While these questions evaluate two very different concepts using different terms, one might be able to read large differences as suggesting but not demonstrating a gap between the priorities of Eugenians and the perceived performance of the City in that area. Smaller differences might be suggestive of satisfaction for a particular issue.
